Terms & Conditions

• Prices indicated under  'Tariff & Availability' are for 3, 4 & 7 days rental and includes heating, electricity, bed linen & towels and a Welcome Hamper of groceries.
• Bookings will be confirmed by email after receipt of a £350 deposit. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• The cottage will be available from 4:30pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
• The Guests will be responsible for any breakages and damage to the contents or fabric of the cottage. Settlement for any damage will be made prior to departure.
• Upon departure the guests will be responsible  for leaving the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
• The cottage will be occupied by a maximum of five people plus one infant under 2 years.
• There can be no pets due to the proximity of farmland and there is No smoking inside the cottage.

• Cheques should be made payable to Kevin Frost and posted to the address listed in our 'contact us' section.
